Before my purchase decision. I have a choice of buying is to see the HDTV Sony 52XBR9 LCD, LCD Samsung LN52B750, Samsung PN50B860 plasma and Panasonic TC-plasma P50V10. All have a better picture, but I selected Panasonic as:.
1. Sony and Samsung LCDs’ both had viewing angle issue. Great image, but definitely deteriorated as you moved to the side. Sony is better than Samsung in terms of this.
2. LCDs’ Both of motion artifact to my eye even with 240 Hz. The 240 Hz feature is after all an attempt to catch up to the plasmas, which have no motion problem at all.
3. Several online reviews of the Samsung plasma buzzing issues and problems. With Samsung customer service. Also reviewed several complained of audio quality, Samsung. No complaints were similar to Panasonic. This steered me away from plasma Samsung.
Now that I have a TV in my home that I can say that I am completely blown away by perfect image quality. It’s beautiful. Voice is more than enough. TV itself look good. You can see the reflection of some glass from some corners, but if you are looking for it. Panasonic’s anti-glare screen seems to work fine. Artifact is not moving with fast moving sports such as baseball and tennis. If you see a corner of the deterioration in the picture no. I could identify my TV set in BDI # 9,634 a square and two good. I’m not too much to buy a table and I think the best table BDI looking and best quality.Highly Recommended
